I tried searching, but I just came up with someone selling bitz and I don't want to break the rules the first time I play with my new army. I'm almost leaning towards the either/or example (2), but I wanted to check before I took one of them off the warriors now that I've read the rule. For example:ฤก with a Deathspitter (or any weapon as long as its not a VC or BS) According to Imperial research conducted by the Adeptus Mechanicus, the Tyranicus gladius species itself is highly adaptable to any battle role, with over 212 known variants of Tyranid Warriors having been observed - combining flying, walking, leaping biomorphs, with biomechanical symbiotes that serve as ranged weapons like the Deathspitter or assault symbiotes like. Tyranid Warriors are a unit that contains 3 models. Now does this mean that in my brood I can have a barbed strangler OR a venom cannon in the whole brood, or does it mean that I can only have one of each in the brood. Instead of 1 Heavy Venom Cannon, this unit can be equipped with one of the following: Deathspitters. "Only one Tyranid Warrior per brood may take a barbed strangler or venom cannon." My frame of reference for table top games comes from Heroscape where the rules are the law (as in all games I'm sure) In the rulebook it states: ![]() ![]() Ok, so I am very new to this game (this is my first army, haven't played with it yet, but played one game with a friends Eldar army), and I had a question about this rule under the Tyranid Warrior section of the rulebook.
